With so many fitness options out there now, why choose HomeBodies Fitness??? Great question! Here’s my answer in 4 parts:
Personal Touch – I really care about my clients. I make an effort to get to know every client and understand what their strengths & weaknesses are so I can help them feel successful in their workouts. I am always thinking of my clients when I create my workouts -will this exercise be too much for Bob? Will that move be challenging enough for Grace? I make sure there is progression with every exercise -a modification if you need one and a challenge if you want one. I believe I am open and honest with my clients and have established meaningful and long-lasting relationships with many.
Wherever, Whenever – HomeBodies Fitness works on your schedule. Wherever you are and whenever you have time, I promise you will get a great workout. There is no rush to get to the gym on time (or early to get a good spot) and no worrying about “looking silly” or not being able to keep up with the class. Just your gym, your way!
Safety First – I chose Zoom as my platform because it allows me to check your form and make corrections in real time. My top priority is the safety of my clients. Getting those real time cues and corrections will make all the difference in the quality of your workout and your overall health & well-being.
We Have Fun! – HomeBodies Fitness is fun! I am always thinking of new and creative workouts for you. Working out is hard…but it should never be boring. I always start the live workouts 10 minutes early so that everyone can say hi to each other, chat and connect. We have formed a wonderful little online community at HomeBodies.
