Pilates is a mind/body strengthening routine that integrates alignment and core for a low impact, yet powerful full body workout. This workout will enhance muscle balance, flexibility, posture and body awareness and more. This class is for all levels. This class is LIVE but will also be recorded in full and posted in The Vault.
