Originally designed for my mom, this 30ish-minute workout is perfect for everyone- beginner and beyond. Using light weights, chairs, floor mats and more, you will get stronger, work on your core strength and improve your balance & stability. The class can be scaled up as well -by increasing the weight, increasing the number of rounds or adding in cardio movements, this can easily become another “go-to” workout. This workout is pre-recorded and posted every Tuesday morning.*
