Barre is a live, 60-minute class combining aspects of ballet, Pilates, light resistance training and balance work to sculpt and strengthen your body. Using light weights, resistance bands and more, the focus is on precision and repetition, targeting the smaller muscle groups in your arms & legs. Additionally, there is a concentration on building core strength and flexibility. This is a wonderful and surprisingly challenging class for all!
