I LOVE teaching group fitness classes – the sense of community, the energy and the feeling of accomplishment at the end of a good class are things I strive to provide to members. At HomeBodies Fitness, I have found a way to do this virtually! My virtual classes are high energy, total body workouts that will get you the results you want. My focus is on good form, variety and customer satisfaction! Classes are broken up into two categories: “Live” and “Pre-Recorded.”
“Live” Classes – Currently, we offer several “live” classes each week via Zoom. Strength, Barre and HiiT are all included in our Basic membership plan. Kettle Bells, Pilates and Yoga are part of our “Level Up” program. I chose Zoom as my platform because it allows me to see you and observe your form. I can make real time corrections and/or modifications as needed. Good form is of the utmost importance to me because it is how you stay safe while getting stronger. I always open my classes up about 10 minutes early for “Ten to Talk,” a time for members to say hello to each other, catch up on each other’s lives and have that sense of community. It’s great…but, if that’s not for you…you can mute yourself out of it! All “live” classes are recorded in full and posted in The Vault so if you miss one, you can easily access it at your convenience and still feel like you are working out with the group.
Pre-Recorded Classes – We also offer scheduled pre-recorded classes right now in both our Basic and “Level Up” membership plans (see class descriptions for more details). These classes are recorded in full and posted in The Vault so if you miss one, you can easily access it at your convenience and still feel like you are working out with the group. Our pre-recorded classes are great because they can be scaled up or down depending on your level of fitness. These classes add more variety and, especially with the pop-up classes, are a great way to introduce new formats.
